These machines have interlocks that automatically halt operation if the machine is opened while in use. The same safety measures apply to the cages around the decoilers—if accessed during operation, everything stops immediately. Additionally, each machine is equipped with emergency stops, both on the machine itself and on a remote control, providing multiple layers of safety to prevent accidents. Some of our roll formers are also fitted with light curtains that stop the machine’s operation if tripped. For added security, our automated machines are equipped with backup safety mechanisms, such as safety ropes, in case the light curtain fails.
