The Challenge
Five units on one site means five sets of frames arriving, being stored and being installed in the right order without the site turning into a materials yard. Any variation between units compounds through every trade that follows. The other challenge was the external brick work was being installed around the same time as roof frames install, proving a co-ordinated solution was needed between Centurion, the builder and the trades.
Our Solution
Centurion manufactured the wall frames and roof trusses for all five units to identical engineered specifications and delivered them in installation sequence, so each unit could be framed and closed in progressively rather than all at once.
What This Meant for the Builder
All five units framed within four weeks, with the same tolerances across every dwelling and no rework between units.
