  • Acoustic walls
  • External cladding
  • Multi-residential
  • Advanced compliance requirements

The Challenge

Multi-residential construction carries compliance requirements a detached home does not — fire-rated separation between dwellings, acoustic performance between tenancies, and external cladding that has to integrate with both. Making those systems work together, and documenting them properly, is where multi-residential programs usually lose time.

Our Solution

Centurion supplied a single coordinated package covering wall framing, roof trusses, fire-rated intertenancy walls, acoustically rated wall systems and external cladding — engineered together rather than sourced separately and reconciled on site.
The walls complied to the required Fire rating of 60/60/60 and Acoustic requirements to achieve Rw of 50

What This Meant for the Builder

One supplier accountable for the structural and compliance-critical elements of the build, with the framing package delivered between April and August 2026.
