Currambine
Project Stages
Centurion Framing Systems supplied the complete structural framing package for this Currambine residential development, including wall framing, floor systems, roof trusses and a fire-rated zero-lot boundary wall.
One of the project’s standout achievements was completing the structural frame from slab to roof cover in just four weeks, helping accelerate the construction program while maintaining quality and accuracy. By comparison, conventional construction methods, including associated scaffolding requirements, can take three months or more to reach the same stage.

The Challenge
Zero-lot boundary construction leaves no room to work from the neighbouring side, which makes the boundary wall the hardest element on the site to build and fire-rate. The program also called for the frame to be closed in quickly so following trades could start.
Our Solution
Centurion supplied the complete structural package — wall framing, steel floor systems, roof trusses and a fire-rated zero-lot boundary wall — manufactured to engineered tolerances and delivered ready to install.
The boundary walls achieve a FR rating of 90/90 far in excess of the required 60/60/60. Self-certification of the Enduroframe system enables a speedy turnaround of certifications for approval process, avoiding delays.
What This Meant for the Builder
Slab to roof cover in four weeks, bringing following trades forward and shortening the overall build program.
