Project Highlights

  • Phase One -15 townhouses completed
  • Medium-density housing
  • Precision engineered
  • Delivered on schedule

The Challenge

Medium-density sites demand accuracy. With dwellings sharing boundaries and services, and very little room to store or sort materials, there is no tolerance for out-of-square framing or for a package arriving in the wrong order.

Our Solution

Centurion engineered and prefabricated the full framing package for Stage One offsite, delivering it in installation sequence so each dwelling could be framed and closed in before the next began. Precision-rolled steel components held consistent dimensions across every dwelling in the stage.

Detailed Services Provided

  • The first stage of townhouses was handed over in July 2026 with Centurion continuing to deliver across Stages 2 and 3 of the development.

What This Meant for the Builder

Repeatable framing across the stage, minimal onsite storage, and no rectification for material that warps, twists or shrinks.
