The Challenge
The key criteria for Volume residential programs is consistency. Building multiple homes across separate sites in the same estate means every framing package has to arrive complete, accurate and on the day it is needed at the correct site, one late or inaccurate delivery can delay the efficiency of the project by delaying follow on trades.
Our Solution
Centurion manufactured each home’s wall frames and roof trusses to the same engineered specification in our Malaga facility and delivered to each site in a co-ordinated installation sequence. A single detailing team across the whole program meant New Homes WA dealt with the same people, the same tolerances and the same lead times on every home.
